See, I was right. Now how would I have guessed that you had those on your upper arm? Because they come with the allergy to polyster. My brother doesn't know it but that is what he has too. And I Have seen this before on other people. For some reason, a mild allergy which doesn't seem to make people react does show up as a reaction there as bumps. They can look a little different on dif people. Sometimes raised but not red. some people they are light red or darker. And some they are like tiny blackheads. I had the dark type which can be removed with finger nail. Just scraped them off. But hard to clear that way for so many of them and they don't always come off. Trust me on this. They are allergy based. Or I would have never guessed this. I guess the upper back of the arm is more sensitive to the polyester in the sleeve thread. I roll my sleeve once or twice to avoid this from happening. Keeps the thread away from skin. Inner thighs are another area that reacts more often than others also. I guess when you wax, this leaves the area more sensitive than normal. And thus comes the reaction a little stronger. But fret not. Be happy you don't have this allergy as bad as me. Mine restricts me from doing a lot of things, and really interrupts my life. And I have to stay in a controlled environment most of the time. With short periods I can get out. Then it's back home to recover back to my own self. Be glad it doesn't itch! So fret not. Just do as I said and these will go away.

I have all the problems you decribed here. Permanent Goosebumps and acne on my buttocks ,thighs and upper arm.
Should I not wear jeans at all? Why it's happening with me. It starts itching times. I did consult a dermatologist, she prescribed some cream which showed no effect. I really want to get rid of me. Please help me..
Thank you

Wear all cotton clothes. And wear two pairs of cotton underwear inside out so the threads are on the outside for a week to make sure. And this will shield your butt from the poly threads in your back of pants pocket stitching.
Now, not to say that if you wear pants other than jeans that are thinner and less tightly woven, that polyester and vinyl chairs won't get through. Jeans are a grea blocker!
Before you do all this, feel your butt and know just how bad it is. So after a few days or a week, you should notice some improvement. Another week or so and your butt should be just like a baby! Sitting long time on poly chairs can still effect you. But seeing this is such a mild allergy for you that you only have these things on your butt, you should be fine with 2 pair under jeans. Doesnt hurt to throw a dense cotton blanket on your couch.
Funny you don't have any red dots behind your upper arm or anything. You know those harmless red dots? You don't have those too?
I know of nothing else, that makes these harmless goosebump issue for so long.

No one likes to believe this but I am telling you. These bumps on your butt are a mild reaction. A mild allergic reaction. If you want to find out for sure, Take a piece of filler out of a pillow or find a piece of other 100% polyester, and place it between your butt cheeks on the highest part so it is above your anus hole. Not right at the hole. This 100% will cause itching if I am right. Sounds crazy huh? I had that all my life. And my skin was not smooth either. But after 35 years I found this out and I am smooth as a babies behind now. After you do this test you will be able to believe me when I tell you what is causing it. Because it is hard to believe. Or maybe you don't care enough to make this small effort to find out.

none of the syptoms refer to me but i dont have a very smooth skin either... after i get my arms waxed the skin is not as smooth as of other people... maybe its because of comparatively thick hairs...
but th permanent goose bumps i have on my buttocks are like very rough... they dont change color or ache but still they r so annoying... plz tell me anything you knoow abt it... ill be really grateful...

What this doctor is referring to is something they have a name for but don't have any clue what causes it for lack of tests doctors do and studies not done because the treatment is always a cream or a drug, and they send you on your way.
But I think I know what it is from. I still get it sometimes. But before I say, let me ask a few questions so you might actually believe me. They might sound unrelated but just answer them and you will see after.

1.Do you or did you ever have any other areas that are rough or dry? Particularly your lower legs, any bumps or tiny red specs/dots, just above your pant line?

2. Do you ever have any itching anywhere at night?
3. Do your feet get red when you get out of the shower?
4. Dry hands?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it sounds like keratosis pilaris. It is a common genetic follicular condition that is manifested by the appearance of rough bumps on the skin like goose bumps. Treatment includes tretinoin or Triamcinolone cream or Adapalene, a retinoid medication. Exfoliation, intensive moisturizing creams, creams and lotions containing alpha hydroxy acids and urea may be used to temporarily improve the appearance and texture of affected skin.
If the symptoms persist then a dermatologist’s evaluation will be the best.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
