please help. What are these bumps on my finger?"

Hello,
I have these bumps that I noticed on my finger roughly 2 years ago.  They seem to be getting more visiable.  They are not painful or itchy.  I have attached a couple pictures.  Any ideas of what they may be?
Thanks!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Granuloma annulare is an important possibility to be ruled out from your symptoms and consist of a rash with reddish bumps arranged in a circle or ring. Localized granuloma annulare (GA) is not often symptomatic and it has a tendency towards spontaneous resolution. We use isotretinoin or phototherapy with oral psoralen and UV-A (PUVA) as first-line options for generalized granuloma annulare. Please discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
