psorias

heyy i have been diagnosed with psoriases from the past year and a half  im off medication but i noticed that it almost completely disappered on my arms and legs but there is some on my breasts tighs and from my shoulders to my elbows and not alot on my back i think about 80% or not more of it has become dots underskin u cant really feel it , its dry sometimes there is some whitish kindoff peel on my eyebrows(ya i have psoriases on my elbow and scalp and no im not using a special shampoo) and i have psoriases on my female gentelia underskin psoriases if its starting to go away maybe there;s hope maybe i got misdiagnosedcause it most my skin totally changed should i revisit my doctor? i THINK i got psoriases because when  i first got my period i didnt tell my mother and i used the same cloth untill it was over without washing but i changed it everymoth for about i year i was stupid (didnt really tell my doctor the story cause my dad was always there) so i think the bacteria did some bad stuff plus i think i have psoratic warts on my female parts(down) cause there is some exess tissue on one side of the small moist skin which kinda covers the hole sorry graphic i got bad ordour too but that started before my period(vaginal discharge) i dnt if i should go to a womens doctor dematologist maybe the woman's doctor could fix the bacteria and bye bye psoriases HELP!!!!(i dont have the best eating habits im in normal weight but i eat more junk food then a 300 pounder) (not the best hygine either ) its super embarrsing but im letting all out for help

This may be seborrheic dermatitis(A kind of dandruff on skin). You can get treated easily. Do visit your doc. ok?
