rash on face

For the last year I have been having problems with getting this blistery rash round my nose and down the crease of by face.  Sometimes it shows up on my chin.  I am 45 years old and it seems like it is the worst when I drink a soda or tea or even have chocolate.  It starts out as a bump then turns into a blister.  It often feels like they go up inside my nose. They are filled with clear liquid.  It  gets really bad sometimes where I don't want to leave the house.  I am just hoping somebody might be able to help me.  I went to my regular Doctor bout it when it first started to happen.  They put me on a bacterial antibiotic and gave me this gel to put on like 3 times a day, plus a cream.  It cleared up very well for as long as I was on the antibiotic and then after that it started coming back after a month or so.

I have similar issue but in my case I have severe flaking dry skin with severe redness and itching. And I recently found I have Gout which is causing a host of other issues. I bought a uric acid meter to test which foods spike my blood uric acid levels, also I test my urine PH. I found there is a correlation with high uric acid and high PH with my skin condition and my other issues. With Gout you have to follow a strict diet to maintain your low levels.

I just looked up some pictures and some of that looks pretty close to what I have described.  Although some may look more sever, but I have been putting an anti-inflammatory cream on it and it seems to keep it down to a minimum but it doesn't go away. Thank you so much for your input.  It has been very helpful.
