For a while now I have had digestive issues. Along with that I have severe brain fog and migraines. In November, I started seeing a neurologist and she advised me that the brain fog and migraines could be as a result of nutrient deficiencies. At separate times I was prescribed vitamin b12 (gave me bad rash), b2(bad rash), 5 forms of magnesium(severe rashes) and potassium(rash). These things helped with the brain fog and migraines but the rashes I received were unbearable. I even went on diets high in these vitamins and minerals without supplementation and I still received these rashes. What should I do?
