recently diagnosed melanoma in situ

I had a flat freckle removed from my upper arm recently. Yesterday I learned that the pathology report indicated that it was a melanoma in situ. I am leaving for Australia tomorrow on holiday for a month while my doctor arranges for me to see a dermotologist at our local cancer centre for treatment upon my return. My concern is that I have multiple freckles that look similar to the one that was removed (or perhaps look even worse). Should I be worried about these other freckles or can I just relax, enjoy my holiday and go for treatment in a month?

No holiday is worth prolonging cancer treatment in my opinion.
