red bumps

my infant has red bumps all over his body that do not apper to itch or bother him.  he is approximatly 3 months old and the bumps appeared two days ago.  i have not changed anything that i have fed him or bought any new clothes recently. i tried to call an on-call doctor and was charged 25 dollars for no better info than what i allready knew.  i hope that somone will respond to my topic.

This is what you do.Give him a  bath and then dry him off.(completely) than get antibotics/cream for the skin its skin rash.(any kind of antibotics will do put in 3x DAY UNTIL COMPLETELY GONE)
