red dry skin on face very small

dear doctor,
i dont remember if i had a pimple on the left side of my cheek between my nose and lips which i possible popped
but since then it has just became a small red patch that seems to dry every time i use a facial cleanser or when it get wet, no scabs just dry ( like when your skin gets dry and had drk skin which you can rub out ) I have been putting
moisturizer it  seems to help but its not healing the area. I havent visited a dermatologists since I think it will
just go away maybe let the skin heal since the past few weeks I have been washing my face with sulfur as prescribed by my dermatologist for the control of acne and oil. I have been so scared what could this be? should I worry I have very sensitive skin. what can i put?  should i go to my derma thank you

This sounds like an irritated spot, nothing more.  I suggest that for one month you apply nothing extra to it besides an non-prescription antibiotic like bacitracin or neosporin, and that you not touch it or play with it in any way.  If it's still bothering you in a month, that's when you should see a dermatologist.  If it's faded and gone, then you can forget about it.
