red little spots on my shouders

hi, I've been having these little red spots on my shoulders,my skin seems perfectly healthy, but its like if the red spots where coming from inside and they are not noticeable unless you stare at them. I suspect it has something to do with circulation, since I've been wearing heels on a daily basis, but is it normal? i never had these little marks before
is there anyway to get rid of them?..could it be because of the heels?

i would appreciate a lot a response:)..thank you.

hi, mm I'm not sure it helped, because the red spots i have are not bumps and are not surrounded by red skin, mine seem to be independently red, and the rest of the skin surrounding it is normal color.and its located on my shoulder near my neck area
i am sorry i wasn't specific enough the first time but i would really appreciate a response this time too. thank you hope you read my comment:)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
How are you? Heat rash  is a common condition in which areas of the skin itch and often feel prickly or sting due to overheating and in hot, humid conditions. Heat rash looks like tiny bumps surrounded by a zone of red skin. Excessive perspiration damages cells on the surface of the skin, forming a barrier and trapping sweat beneath the skin, where it builds up, causing the characteristic bumps. It usually occurs on clothed parts of the body, such as the back, shoulder, abdomen, neck, upper chest, groin, or armpits and goes away on its own within a few days.

I hope this helps. Take care and keep us posted.
