Small deep "holes" developing on my body
About a year ago I noticed a small acne like bump towards the back of my ribs. The bump never came to a head like a pimple would and remained a bump for several months. I started to pick at it and eventually a ton of stringy white puss (almost like the longest white head you've ever seen) came out. I continued to try to extract everything I could until only a small hole remained. To this day the hole remains and it is an actual hole. There is a small black dot at the bottom of it. The same thing happend to an area under one of my arm pits only the bump deveolpes in the same area and the stringy white puss comes out of it every couple of weeks. Im concerned because now I have the same thing happening on one of the outer lips of my vagina. Same small bump, no head, same seemingly never ending white puss and a black dot at the end of this hole. Does anyone know what these things and or how to treat them???

Sounds like a pretty normal clogged pore, but if you are concerned a trip to the doctor never hurts. Let us know how it goes if you decide to go!
I have round sores on back that looks like a pimple there is a small amount of white stuff that comes out then looks like there is a stem like I can pull out then it bleeds scabs the I pick scab heals again takes awhile to fully heal

The symptoms are suggestive of sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac which contains a "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.
Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.
