red rash

about 2 years ago is when it all started i think. i remember getting sun burnt and peeling on my top back.. it left a terrible uneven skin tone.... since then i have had a child who has just turned 2. since then the  uneven skin tone has sortof spread.. now 2 years later i have what looks like a massive birth mark the covers my back and breasts.. it seems that it reacts to heat.. in the shower it appears worse and if i am really hot it seems to stand right out and it gets really itchy when it is irritated. I have been to a gp about it and he prescribed cortizone cream, it has not made a difference at all. now it seems to be in patches down the back of my legs and making it's way onto my stomache in patches. it sort of looks like millions of tiny spots that all join together. some days are worse that others. if i wear a black silky material on it, it's like it absorbs the black into my skin. and im left with it looking really obvious. like i said it started on the top of my back and now surronds my back and a little on my buttoks. and covers my breasts to. it seems to look dry sometimes and if  i itch it it reacts badly and the itching gets worse.it has taken over my body and i need help!!! it h made me very self concious about my body as i know how obvious it is and no one can seem to help me.. please i hope u can help b4 it covers my entire body witch is my biggest fear. i have a very healthy diet and dont drink at all.
