red spots on my feet

Can anybody answer my question ?
About one hour ago I noticed about 40 small red spots on each of my feet, mostly around the side of my feet and ankles. They are approximately 1-2mm in diameter and appear as a slight bump however they are not itchy at all.
I did have the same thing happen about 1 month ago and they just all cleared after 3-4 days.
I don't believe it's a bug bite or anything externally , I think it's more like a blood disorder or something and it's an internal reaction to lack of iron or whatever.
Can anybody suggest anything as it seems worse than last time.

TIA.

Strawberries make break out but not enough to avoid them.  I'm searching the web for red splothes on my feet.  The splotches showed up before I ate strawberries.  I'm kind of stumped.

Hi Dr Bhupinder ,

Firstly, thank you for your reply and opinion on my red spots on my feet post.
I have good news , the red spots are 90% cleared ... as in fading away.. I can still see them but they are getting lighter in colour as each day passes.
I don't believe they are Petechiae as these are not pin-sized spots .. they are 2mm in diameter , much larger than a pin-size.  Also , these spots are not as a rich red blood colour appears as i seen some pictures on a webite. They look exactly the same as if an insect had bitten me all over the ankles ... as in red spots with a bump ..but not as in a real blood red. I tried to search the internet for pictures that would match however I could not find very much info. Anyway .. as I mentioned they are almost gone so I am sure they will clear by 2-4 days more. I tend to think they are a reaction to some type of food .. but I just cannot pin point which food. And again , thank you kindly for your message.
Regards,
feetredspots  ( clearing )

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I am not sure but have you got petechaie ruled out. Petechiae are pinpoint-sized red dots under the surface of the skin. They are common after skin trauma and viral infections. They should go away in a few days. But if they persist then please consult a physician and get other causes ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
