reddish/pinkish raw looking spot around pee hole/right glans pain

-16 yrs old, obviously never have had sex before, masturbate frequently though( every other day to almost everyday) always notice this pinkish/reddish raw looking spot around my peehole, i take regular showers but never specifically wash that area as im afraid it may get worse somehow, it always STINGS whenever i touch it. Secondly, my right glans seems to be slightly bigger than the left when i get erect, and it kind of hurts whenever i tug the skin on that same side or when I masturbate. I am gradually reducing the number of times i masturbate, I am wearing lose underpants, and i dont know what to do next? what precautions should i take? should i use some kind of soap/cream? maybe soak in warm baking soda water?
plz help and thx in advance!!

Put cortisone on the affected area in the morning and night every day until it gets better. Cortisone only stings when your skin is affected, so once it doesn't sting when applied, you can stop putting it on.

Both betadine and neosporin are sold in drug stores. They are also inexpensive. I would say that if you are experiencing stinging, it is plausible that there is broken skin.  Maybe you are being too rough. After suggesting that you try betadine (an antifungal/antibacterial),
I wondered whether it was safe to apply to penis. (as it is a sensitive area).  So, I googled about it.  On this site: https://www.icliniq.com/qa/penile-injury/i-injured-the-head-of-my-penis-during-masturbation-will-it-heal-on-its-own The question was asked by someone who injured the skin there, and a doctor suggested betadine as well. So, I think it's safe for this. However, I feel concerned about actually allowing it into the opening. If there is something like pain in the actual opening, I would suggest getting to a doctor.  Try not to masturbate with lotion. See if you can get some KY jelly instead. I know lotion stings me if I put it on my hands when there is broken skin. (I have 3 sons, and they never complained about lotion -they always stole mine for that reason lol) Try to wash yourself there with something very gentle frequently to avoid infection.  Apply neosporin and/or betadine, and always wash your hands before and after. It the area is not weeping a crusty golden scab type material (a sign of impetigo) and if it's not very red or swollen/painful, then the two things I mentioned should resolve the issue.  And, yeah. You may want to avoid masturbating for a time till it heals. Try exercising instead.  None of the things I mentioned are harsh. If you do nothing else, pull the foreskin back as much as comfortably possible, and gently wash after using the bathroom, with clean hands, to at least keep it clean. I have to admit I am concerned about the glands pain, if you meant the balls. You should tell your parents if that's the case. Again, the stinging is not normal unless you're just being too vigorous and put lotion on it. That may sting.

You should definitely wash it. You can try applying betadine to it several times a day. Maybe even a yeast infection medicine. Make sure your hands are clean before touching there. You may have an allergy to your lube, it you could be just rubbing yourself raw. Wash there frequently and gently. Apply some neosporin or betadine, or both. Change underpants couple times daily. Wash hands before and after touching there.

My 3 boys never had that issue, but if they had I'd have taken them to a doctor. Use something natural, like coconut oil for masturbating. It has antibacterial properties. Maybe apply neosprin.
