redness on all distal fingers

have redness on all distal parts of fingers. chronic red all year round
no pain or numbness. can you tell me what may be the cause

You should definitely see  doctor if you start to experience pain or spreading of the redness.  You could have Raynaud's, which fortunately is not generally dangerous: https://www.pennmedicine.org/updates/blogs/health-and-wellness/2017/december/raynauds

can you have chronic raynauds or is it only due to cold climate/temp changes?
Anyone can have it. As you'll note in the article, it can also be caused by underlying health conditions, so be sure to mention it to your doctor next time you're in.
