Hi,

Is this a single lesion or are they multiple lesions that are clustered together?

Differentials for your condition will be a psoriatic lesion, pearly penile papules, Fordyce spots, balanitis, skin tags and a wart.

An assessment by a physician will be able to help. I suggest that you inform your parents about this so they may help you get a physician appointment. It is difficult to have this managed without an actual physical examination.

Benign structures on the penis like pearly penile papules ( which are multiple white  lesions on the penis head),Fordyce spots which are small reddish bumps and sebaceous glands may not require further intervention.

Warts, skin tags in the area and psoriasis may require medical therapy.

Refrain from unnecessarily manipulating the area as this may cause irritation and infection.

Do keep us posted regarding your physician's advice.Do not self medicate as the skin in the genitals are very fragile and sensitive.

Hi,

I understand you are embarassed about this but you will be able to get more help and have your condition assessed if you inform your parents about this so that proper consult be done.

Tell us more about yourself:

How old are you?

Where is this lesion located?

Is this lesion reddish or skin colored?

Is this itchy or painful?

Is this scaly or shiny?

Is it hard or soft?

Is this associated with other symptoms like pain in urination or change in urinary frequency?

Do keep us posted with your answers.
