skin problems after rash on legs

a few weeks ago i had a rash on my inner thigh and around my penis, this rash went away after i applied hydrocortizone on it and that was that. i did notice something though, this rash left behind stuff.

one: a small dot on my penis head that was red, this dot would go and come, does not hurt and i have not gotten any flu -like symptoms when it is present, but it looks like a broken blood vessel. a few days ago i was masterbating and after i did that it looked like it kinda got bigger, later that day it looked like it scabbed and it was under the skin not over.

two: i had a rather large growth on the underside of my penis right below my head that is hard to the touch, it is red and feels like skin if starting to peel off of it. it looks like it kinda got bigger but is now decreasing in size.

three: what appears to be blocked hair folicals on my scrotum. these hard lumps are right where some hair would gorw, right in the folical. but these dont seem to be fluid filled but hard balls. i have about 2 or 3 of these.

and four: after this rash went away i started to get the same kind of rash on my legs and arms, this rash presents itself like tiny patches of skin that i just really really itchy. there are a few places where this rash has started to heal and it just kinda stays as a red dot on my skin for a while.

i got tested about 2 weeks ago and i came out clean for everything minus a blood test but that is only because no one was there to take blood. i am wondering if these are anything i should be worried about. i told a doctor about this and she said that it was probably just a yeast infection and i should treat it as such, of course when i told her this the rash on my amrs and legs was not present. thank you for looking at this question and i trust that you will answer it to the best of your ability thank you so much doctor.

just a little update so that maybe you might get a better image of wahts going on.....the spot on my penis head is not scabbing over like i thought but instead it is just very very red and a little sensitive like a few layers of the skin have come off

the spot under my penis head is raised and oval shaped and it is still hard and now my concern is is this a form or warts or is it a cancer or tumor of some sort and if it is am i at risk of losing my member? alos i just noticed something to the left of that lump. it seems raised but i am not sure if this is anything to worry about. i guess now i am paranoid about warts and this thing is reminding me of it.

I'm afraid I can't say much.  All the changes you describe are very non-specific, and don't point to any particular diagnosis, certainly not an STD.  The rash sounds like irritation, not yeast.  I can't think of an association between the thigh rash and the arm and leg rash, unless you perhaps have a virus of some sort.  The penis changes are probably either blocked pores or normal variants.

Basically, to diagnose a skin condition, you need to have it examined in person, preferably by someone who knows skin, such a dermatologist.

Best.
