skin rash?

hello?
i wanted to know what could possibly be causing my skin to break out and itch? i have been getting areas on my body that are very small bumps in some spots on my body like my upper legs my elbows and forarms and under my belly button. they icth very badly and when i scartch them the begin to bleed and scab and then i just itch more i had them once before but they went away but now its back and itch more and are in more areas then before. about this time last year i had shingels on my head but it went away? what could this be?> please help

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be scabies. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
