small bumps on the inside of my lip?

I have a bunch of really tiny bumps on the inside of my lower lip. It hurts whenever I eat something.
I have had it since I got my lips sunburned, but i don't know if that has anything to do with it.I was wondering if there's a treatment to this? Thanks!
