small random itchy bumps/blisters on legs

Last year, i developed a small cluster of bumps on my upper leg. They were itchy, and when i scratched them, they got very red. I thought it was poison ivy because they seemed to form small blisters. I went to the dr and they didn't know what it was but they gave me an antifungal cream. It worked and now a year later, in the same spot, i developed it again but not as bad and it disappeared in a fraction of the time. I later developed a small bump on my inner leg near my ankle that looks like a gnat or mosquito bite. It wasn't a blister, and it itched a lot and it later oozed a little yellow substance. Now, on my ankle near my foot, i developed a tiny little blister that slightly itches but its not unbearable. my inner thigh is now itchy and when i scratch enough, i seem to form a little bump. I have seasonal allergies, waking up with a stuffy nose and during the day my eyes burn and my nose itches. I seem to get a severely upset stomach when i have iced coffee, and most things with milk, but i've also been under some amount of stress. Are these seasonal allergies or hives? I also went fishing and walked through high grass, just as i did last summer before i developed that first rash.. I thought hives formed in cluster in more of a rash form, but these bumps form at random spots. please help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis without examination but it can be insect bites, bullous staph infection or bullous pemphigoid. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. Also get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get a culture of the discharge from the blister done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
