small red bumps, dont itch

I have these little red bumps all over me!! started with just one...then a couple...then within like 2-3 days they were all over my stomach!! Some are bigger than others.  some are on my hip area, some one my upper thighs/leg, my back, and have some in my hair. no where visible really  I'm covered in them now.  They have like dry skin in the center.  THey dont itch.  At first I thought it was chicken pox but none of them are that oozey looking kind of bump with ckicken pox.  I've been to the doctor once, and they had no clue what it was.  They had me tested for high choseltrol...I'm only 26. Does anyone know what this could be? or what I can use to get rid of it!

I have this same thing right now!! I don't know what to do about it and the steroid creams has not been helping.  I know this post is a little dated, but did it end up going away?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the sudden appearance of the red bumps, it sounds like an allergic reaction or an allergy. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl(causes drowsiness) or Claritin. Also apply calamine lotion and mild steroid cream on the rash. If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
