There's a form of cystic acne that does what you are describing. It can even leak a fluid like the kind of orangeish water sometimes seen on the inside of a bandaid over a cut.

See your doctor, and get on a prescription for an antibiotic, tetracycline, doxycycline or the like are often used for skin issues like this. It takes a little while on the antibiotic, but after a while (if you take your antibiotic regularly) it will heal and then you can just use a Retin A ointment on your skin and it will prevent more of those from happening.

well i had some pimples on my cheeks too and i used hydrocortisone and it got rid of the pimples in 3 days. should i use it for the back too?
Cortisone is not as useful as antibiotics, but if it works for you, you could try it. It sounds like the stuff on the back is more of a general infection, though. If you are going to use an over-the-counter product, try for one of the "sporins," like Neosporin or Polysporin. But if they are too mild or don't do much, see your doctor. This is not a difficult problem for a doctor, they see it all the time and know what to prescribe.
hey now i got 3 of those reds what looks like patches. should igo see doctor?
Yes, it would be a good idea. Sounds like a bacterial infection there. It would be a good idea for a doctor to see how serious it is. If the doctor prescribes antibiotics, definitely take them as directed, don't be casual about it.
