sore bumps on scalp

I have sore hard bumps on scalp.  I have been to two dermatoligst, with no success for two years.  They hurt and itch.
They gave me shampoo, pills, and injections.  They seem like they don't know what it is.

I have that problem, the bumps seem to come and go, they tried up by them self. but they get very sore and painful tender to touch , and make my head hurt when they get worse. The problem never go away.   oil seem to make them  worse. what to do?

Same... started in 2012...  some weeks they aren't there, other times they are in full force.  Just one here... then that goes away in 3-5 days, crusted over, and as far as I know, gone.  I mean, I've never shaved my head bald to tell.  Sometimes they happen to be in a spot what makes me get a headache, but otherwise they are more of a nucience.  Dermatologist also seems to have no idea...  tried a few types of shampoos.  No effect.  No cause I can discover.  Ideas?  Help?  - June 2016
