Hello,
Two possibilities are there. First it can be shingles with atypical presentation and no blisters and the second possibility although less likely is of notalgia parasthetica. Notalgia paresthetica is also associated with pruritic lesions on the back which may be associated with paresthesia, pain or hyperpigmentation. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get a skin biopsy of the skin scrapings done to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Good morning well ive been experiencing very strange skin sensitivity for the last few weeks. its very painful and again, it feels very sensitive to the touch, almost like I have been burnt. The pain doesn't feel very deep either, it is just on the skin it started off on my leg now its move to my belly and side. There is nothing to see at all. I was just wondering if anyone else gets this sore skin feeling and its not shingles because i have had this funny sensitivity before but each time i get it its taking longer to clear up
I've been suffering through a pain . It's a small patch of skin on side of my thigh near hips which aches at touch, like brushing of clothes. There's no mark, redness or scars to be seen. The pain or area is neither increasing nor decreasing.
(I walk long distances of 20 min everyday at noon in intense sun)
