i have little bumps all over my facial skin more on forehead and cheeks, they are skin colour but you can feel them and when they catch the light they look awful. i am healthy and drink lots of water and just use vitamin e wipes, i changed products but the more products i use on my skin the worse it gets

It can be due to folliculitis, clogged pores, cysts or small flat warts. Avoid treating your skin with excessively harsh chemicals and limit sun exposure. Also use good quality cosmetics and exfoliate your skin regularly. If still the symptoms persist then microdermabrasion, chemical peeling or laser removal can be done.

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis,rash due to friction rub,folliculitis,cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the lumps persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
