Hello,
These spotty marks are due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Usually they should go away on their own. If it persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi there,
Mosquito or bug bites can leave dark spots in few people. It is best to treat the local as area immediately after the bite. Apply vitamin E oil to the site of bite. The sooner you treat it the earlier it will go way. Natural home products like tomato peel or a papaya peel may be helpful. If there is a scar your doctor may recommend hydroquinone or retinoid. If the symptoms are severe it is best to visit your dermatologist and start the treatment at the earliest. Do keep us posted.
Take care and regards!
