stinging burning prickley skin

I am a 40yr old male and have no known allergies. I recently developed a problem with my skin. When my body heat rises, I get a stinging prickly feeling on my back, arms, stomach and chest. This becomes extremely painful during exercise but subsides a little when I start to sweat. It can also be set off by being in a hot room. I have developed redness to the back of my upper arms and a few small pimple like bumps on my shoulders. I have had this condition for about 3 weeks.

I have a similar problem with stinging skin. The skin doesn't change color it just starts to burn. The top of my left foot, front and inner thighs and my scrotum. The skin will sting for a few seconds to a few minutes and then go away. I have seen many dermatologists but no answers. I get eczema on my ankles once every few years. But it goes away in days. This is nothing like it. There is no rash and it doesn't itch. I am currently working with a team of dermatologists at a university. They are leaning towards a nerve or anxiety cause.
It is never there at night.
I do have allergies, but they haven't bothered me for 30 years. I went to an allergist and exposed myself to various allergens and could not cause any reaction.

Sorry, but this description doesn't match any skin diseases I'm aware of.  I suggest you set up an appointment with a skin specialist and that you do the best you can to photograph the rash and the bumps in case they aren't too visible when you go.  meantime, keep as cool as your lifestyle permits.

Best.
