strange, non itchy red dots... Kinda worried

Hi, my name is Ryan and I am 15 years old.

Yesterday (Oct 14) I noticed some strange red dots on my arms. I have only 1 near my wrist on my left arm, and 4 spaced out on my left arm, and sure enough I looked and I have a few on my legs. I have 3 (as far as I know, I cant really see) on my back aswell. They do not itch at all and they are only the slightest bit raised.

I have a dog, but I dont think its from that, and I'm getting a bit worried, I'm going to wait untill friday (it is now wednesday) to see how it looks, before I seek medical attention, but for now I was wondering if you guys could help me out. Thank you.

and I accidently said I have 2 left arms. Sorry about that. Its 1 on my left wrist, and 4 on my right arm. :P

i should also mention they are about 5-8mm in diameter, and apear as little red "bumps" but are only raised slightly as I mentioned above. Thanks again.
