testicle rash

I have a rash on my right testicle that is swollen, red and has large bumps.  It actually looks like a mass and is hard to the touch.  There is no flaking or itchng.  There is a slight ache.  I also have a rash on the right butt cheek right above and along the inside of the anus but only on the right side.  Sometimes it is really red and inflamed and other times it is less visible.  Also on the right side of the body when I apply touch to the front of the right thigh (upper leg) and to the chest area there is a irritation sensation slighty achy and burning.  It is kind of like a rub rash but it really is not visible.  Any ideas?

This sounds more like irritation than anything else.  I can't think of any association with your symptoms on the right side of the body, the right thigh, or the chest.  I also can't make much sense of the "large bumps."  Basically, you will need to see a doctor in person for this.  meantime, avoid applying anything medicated.  Use only non-medicated moisture lotion, minimize friction, and make an appointment.

Take care.
