tiny pimple-like bumps on index finger

a few days ago, i developed a couple of small bumps on my right index finger on the skin above my finger nail.  it was itchy and some of the bumps became white and have a *****-like fluid.  it has spread on the finger.  I've tried some hydrocortizone and neosporine - neither seems to be effective.

Pus-like fluid suggests a bacterial infection.  Get some bacitracin or neosporin (OTC), apply three times a day, and see a doctor if it gets worse or doesn't go away in a couple of days.

Best.

Sounds like dishydrotic eczema. I have it also. Some steroid creams and some pill form help with this.
