tiny red itchy bumps/rash on top of feet

I am without health insurance and am seeking advice. Today I noticed little red dots of itchy rash on the tops of my feet.

Can someone please provide some possible causes and subsequent remedies for my ailing feet?

Thanks:)

I used magnesium gel for the same condition & it got rid of it in a week. Rub it in after a shower & put socks on as usual. I changed socks and shoes half  way through the day without reapplying gel.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis, phytophotodermatitis, stasis dermatitis or scabies feet. If it presents as a spreading red rash then fungal infections need to be ruled out.

Wear shoes that fit properly and keep feet as dry as possible. Wearing wet shoes, boots and socks will complicate the picture, so change socks regularly.
And use foot powder to help keep your feet dry. If the blisters still persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist/podiatrist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
