unusual small bumps on outer thighs. sort of like pimples or calcium deposits

not red, not itchy, on both outer thighs, I have pimple like bumps on my outer  thighs. they are sort of like calcium deposits, but there is more. the bumps don't itch but if i scratch them i think it causes more. i need to see a dermatologist because i have never had issues with these sort of things. also recently have been having horrible sinus and allergic reactions for the past three months or so. can you guide me in the right direction?

When my clients begin at later ages to develop allergies, rashes and other anomalies not 'normal' to them, we begin by making small changes to the diet to a more vegetable, fruit, nut and berry diet - and lotsa carrot juice or wheatgrass juice.  The key is an alkaline diet as one gets older.  The body doesn't seem to have the capacity to compensate for acid food influx after a certain point of maturity and it begins to show signs of this lack of ability to compensate for cooked foods/rib-stickin-meals in the way of skin anomalies and presumed 'new' allergies at first, then comes the sexual organ problems, then come the vitals problems - from my experiences with my clientelle. Skin anomalies in my opinion have been our first indication that something isn't balanced in the body - it's like our red flag that something deeper is going on.  No one seems to pay attention in the beginning when it can more than likely be rebalanced by a simple change.  Also, if you eat meats, milk, wheats, beans - check to see when you develop phlem or sneezing within 20-30 minutes of eating that food, (runny nose, sneezing, phlem in the sinuses or throat area).  Chances are, in my opinion, that you have developed an intolerance - the body can't compensate for that food anymore - it has no resources left.  Consider changing your diet.   As a start one might think on carrot juice or wheatgrass juice to re-alkalize the body after eating an acid diet.  But in the end, one must revert to eating what the body was designed to eat in the first place if one expects to be rebalanced in any real way - about 80% vegetation (veges, fruits,nuts and berries where allergic reactions are not life-threatening) and 20% other...  I hope this helps in some small way.  I am dedicated to rebalancing the body in only the 'Natural Way' for my clients and my family.
