petechiae .blood spot

these pinsize red dots on my daughters  leg few on my hand  They look like someone took a blood colored thin sharpie and dotted me. not  eatchy .  and  she  has  a  pain  on  her  leg  . can  you please advice  us  what  to  do  she  is  12 years  old  very worred .please  help   thanks sanjay 0824547455

Hello,
Petichiae are due to minute hemorrhage of blood below the skin. It is one of the findings in many disease condition. The diseases in which petichiae are seen are Dengue fever, Measles, Infectious mononucleosis, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic purpura, Scarlet fever. You should a general physician for diagnosis and treatment.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. No need for worry, these red pin point dots are called "cherry angiomas". They are very common and cause no harm.

Hi I really want to help. Does your daughter have hepatitis C?
Has  your daughter been checked for cyroglobulinemia?
I had this from the HCV, you have to go to a hospital to be checked, the labs can't do it as it is very specialized.  
At least that was my experience.
