various skin symptoms

Hi Dr.
July 06 After unprotected oral sex w a CSW, ( protected vaginal sex), I noticed couple of pimples above groin area. Squeezed blood out of it... Also around same time, had swollen lymph nodes, and felt short of breath and stressed.. Didn't think much of it as it went away. 3 months ago, had pimples on testicles, squeezed it n blood came out, happened couple of times. Then every couple of weeks, I had small little blisters on my penis head ( not too many but maybe a few) Around same time, I noticed small pin sized red dots on my skins on my body, arms and legs. Couple of brownish dots and spots on hands( palms) and underneath eyes and also bottom of feet. Couple of white discoloration of spots on legs.. Plus diarrhea ( not totally watery but definately not solid). I also have numbness on both hands and fingers as well as legs.... I dont know what I can do? Ie what tests I should do or what do my symptoms indicate? Please help as I m scared! I also had some white thrush on my tongue and some acidic taste in my mouth occasionally. I m stressed out and need help!

Thanks for your response. One thing I forgot to mention is that if I have a minor cut on my hands etc, I find that healing is a problem. All healing leaves a mark on my hard ( small scar) Seem to have blood cogulation? Ie doesnt not heal fast or easy. I had a small scar on a minor cut from 2 months ago. Is there any reason to be concerned?

You dont think HIV is the cause of all my problems do u?

Your symptoms don't add up and don't sound related to STD's.  I advise you to leave any spots you see alone--no picking or squeezing--and then showing everything to a doctor in person, which is the only way you're going to know for sure.  But the white leg discolorations probably have nothing to do with anything, and the numbness is probably from anxiety.
