what's this

I recently noticed a pimple like thing on the underside of my penis. My wife actually noticed it first and pointed it out to me.  A few days later, I noticed that there was a dirt particle lodged in and after a lot of effort I was able to squeeze it out after a couple of days.  For a couple of days later it was quite large.  Now, I think it's a little smaller but there is still a bump left and what seems to be a microscopic opening on top (probably where the dirt particle was).  I have some sebacious cysts in the same area but this seems to be much larger so I'm a little concerned.  Could this be a wart? What do you think this is?

I have a similar spot on the skin of my penis.
Which doctor should I visit? Just a local GP? or a dermatologist or something?
Anyone?

It sounds like a "blackhead" (actually a cyst with contents that turn black when they hit the air.)  In other words, another of the other cysts you've identified.  Better not to squeeze.  Just inore it and the rest of them.  Next tim you have a physical, show the doctor for confirmation.
