wart or inflamed hair follicle

Let's start off, a year ago i shaved my pubic area, i later noticed one inflamed pustule which i have lots of and that i know are normal. after looking at it i saw 2 hairs coming out of the same follicle, i then proceeded to use a tweezers and pull them out. i also pulled out another set right next to it, but they did not appear inflamed. after that where those hairs were it looked like 2 brownish dots, or should i say the single papule of the tweezed area looked light brown. these spots did not go away for a while. so i decided to have my PA look at them (military) he said they did not look like warts. just inflamed follicles. now i had these for maybe 3 months. after still worrying about it, i had them take another look and do the vinegar test. they turned white. and we decided to freeze them. after freezing they did not really look any different, at about 2 weeks, they scabbed just the SLIGHTEST bit and i picked it as told by the PA, the next morning. you couldnt even tell they were there. NOW the same thing has happened but i didnt tweeze any hairs, i noticed 1 spot on the other side about 5 days after trimming my hair. this is at the top of the testicle when flacid and at the base of the penis when erect. it is the size of a papule. BIG QUESTION there is a long yet fine hair coming from this mark which is again the light brown color. DO WARTS have hairs come through them i read they generally dont, or does the hair fall out, then sprouts a wart. when frozen last time, is one quick shot of freezing make it disapear in 2 weeks. COUld it be just the skin color has been bruised. i wonder if this is a pigmented follicle scar or something. it does not hurt and only the size of a tack nail head maybe smaller. i am going to a general practicioner on friday, and will ask for a referral to a derm, if it is a wart i will have to accept it. but would definitly want a derm's opinion from an actual meeting. and Doc i did take your advice and have not messed with it other than looking and light touching, that way i can have the best prognosis. and is this a common place to get a wart at the base or top of testy where there is alot of papules and hairs, and again does having a hair come from it mean anything good, such as it not being a wart. No.  But I think the dermatologist may have been hasty in freezing it, since it really doesn't sound as though it was a wart.

i have a weird growth on the lip of my vagina.  it itches and burns at times.  i have had it now for a week.  could it be a pimple because i do completely shave.  i looked online at the pictures of herpes and warts and my bump doesnt seem to match.  i only have one.  but i do have painful urination, could that mean i might have herpes?

i know this is hard for you to really determine over the internet but i need help.  i dont have medical insurance yet, so i am unable to go to the dr. to get it looked at.  if you can give me any idea of what this pimple-looking-thing is i'd really appreciate it, thanks.

WELL i went to my GP and he said it didn't look anything like a wart. But i went to the DERM today and she said it was and FROZE it. I found a hair that is ingrown in it, and comes out a little bit away from it. she said that it was coming from a different follicle. from where the wart is. she froze it and gave me a prescription for aldera. I guess you can get a wart anywhere down there. like i said before. this was on the top of the testy when flacid and at the very base when hard. my question is . before when i had ingrown hairs. they started as a red bump. like a little knot in in the skin. when i pulled out the hair there was 2 hairs coming out of the same follicle. could it have been a scar which i had froze last year. I am just really worried that i could have spread this to others from when i first freaked out. and just really hope that, that wasnt a wart. plus it was on the opposite side more on the penis where there is alot of hair. i have so many questions that could never be answered. but besides checking myself regularly is there anything else i should do.

Hairs do not grow out of warts--they grow out of follicles, which can be bumpy like warts.  A positive vinegar test proves nothing, since many non-wart-things turn white also.  The area you describe is not a common place for warts, which for some reason are usually on the shaft of the penis.

All these considerations make me confident that when you see the dermatologist in person, you will not get a diagnosis of warts or STD.
