weird skin around nipples. need help pls

i had protected sex with csw almost two months ago. she had purplish skin on her breast and chest. i was told on the hiv forums that i didnt have a risk for hiv cause i wore a condom, so i stopped worrying. i had tingly feet, digestive problems, and lose of appetite but they are all gone cause i know it was from the anxiety. im feeling a lot better now but the only thing is, is that i noticed( at week 9 that my skin looks odd , specially on my torso. the skin around my ariolas of my nipples look like they have stretch marks that look dispersed(almost the same color as my nipples just a hint lighter),my left nipple looks more affected by it. and i seem to be more red, like i had a couple of beers at night. i feel i turn red only at night. im not sure if im seeing things or the light is messing with my eyes, idk.. I really never noticed these things about my skin before this happened. I also have gotten dark eye bags beneath my eyes, im convinced its from the hard stressing but im uncertain. does anyone know about these symptoms?? could i have caught the skin disease from her??? i had protected sex and it didnt even last more than 5 minutes. im not as stressed as i was a couple of weeks ago but i am a little worried again. during my anxiety weeks i lost about 2 or 3 pounds but gained it back, im not sure if this could be stretchmarks, and the weird skin around the nipples are not getting darker. they dont hurt at all nor are they itchy. i heard that our skin sheds every 7 years, im currently 21, could this possibly be the case?any help will be greatly appretiated

sorry to sound super stressed or crazy but im scared it might be something bad.

Hello,
You have to apply these creams for the stretch marks. Moreover the bumps around the nipples that you have described sound like Montgomery glands which are sebaceous glands in the nipples. It sounds like prominence of Montgomery glands. There is nothing to worry about. However if you notice any fever, sore throat, lymphadenopathy or loss of weight, then please consult a physician.
I sincerely hope it helps. Take care and regards.

i dont know why but i keep getting scared about my health at night and when i look in the mirror the skin around my areolas really freak me out. its weird i dont know if it's spreading or not it seems to be. the way it looks is, between each pore its a little darker but the pore remains my normal body color which is light. i look like i have chicken skin or something or it looks sandy. its really hard to describe n i can't find any pictures online of what they are. i dont mind taking a picture of it.
they dont look like stretch marks cause stretch marks look cracked mine looks sandy/dispersed i dunno i just dont want to have what that csw had.
is it possible to get skin diseases this way?

thank you so much for ur help.
i will take your advise and start to eat healthier with lots of rest.
I just started taking centrum 2 days ago do you feel that it is sufficient for my body?

i was a little unsure about,
"Also apply almond oil or skin creams containing vit C or K, alpha hydroxyl acids and kinetin."
was this for the eyebags or my nipples or could i use for both?

i will keep you updated, i truely appreciate your help it relieves my stress and gives me hope.

Hello,
Since you had protected sex, so chances of these symptoms being due to HIV are very very rare. Dark circles under the eyes are temporary and caused due to insomnia, smoking, a family history of dark circles, deficiency of vitamin K in diet, allergies like sinusitis and eczema, and adrenal gland disorders.

Take rest adequately and eat healthy nutritious food containing lots of green vegetables. Try to avoid caffeine, because it promotes water retention and leads to the dryness of the eye. Also apply almond oil or skin creams containing vit C or K, alpha hydroxyl acids and kinetin. The skin around the nipples can be due to stretch parks. If there is no itching or burning sensation, then there is nothing to worry about.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
