Hello. I have very tiny bumps on the top of my right foot and on the inside ankle. I also now have tiny bumps behind my left ear and now neck. I think it is growing

It's hard to say what this is without an in person exam by a doctor who can gather more of your medical history and take a closer look. I'd recommend going to see a doctor, especially if it's spreading and it's on such a wide variety of areas of your body.
