what is stinging me and leaving flat specks on my skin along with fibers?

I get the same specs along with in other locations a fiber sort of small cocoon or I guess larvae of some sort and it not sure if it’s coning out of my skin or going in... I was working construction on an old 1950’s building and after feeling crawling sensations and what i thought were bites my dr Immediately said scabies and put me on a cream and doxycycline . That was last year and it feels like it’s back this time I feel it almost paralyzing and going directly for my veins in arms and legs. Tried baking soda, flea and dandruff shampoo, listerine, peroxide , apple cider vinegar , cayenne pepper (Burns like a B*tch) aloe Vera, and cloves but I want them gone. Is it an actual possibility to remove this completely or just subdue....? Would like to hear your thoughts.
