what to do for red rahes on the face and neck?

I started get rashes on my neck several months ago. It would come and go on and off for a few months then it started to travel up my neck to my chin. I went to a dematologist and she gave me some cream and said she did not know what it was and that it was  relative to my bed and pillow which happens to be a tempur pedic bed,one of those foam beds. I have been sleeping on the bed for four years and never had any problem with it untill these last six months or so. Now the rash in all over my cheeks and chin and neck. I am using the cream but it still does not go away.
I have not changed makeup or used anything different. I stopped all my vitamins and I still have this rash.
I am in the dark about this and in need of help. What do you suggest?

I have similar symptoms, a rash on my neck that comes and goes.  But I have started using new products that make my skin sensitive to the sun.  I stopped using them.  I have started to avoid sun exposure (wear a scarf) and use a higher SPF sunscreen.  Maybe sun exposure?  My mother had a reaction to cleaning supplies.  We both have sensitive skin.  In the past these things have also caused a reaction.....laundry detergents, perfume, husbands chin stubble.  Hope this helps.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms, although it is difficult confirming a diagnosis without examination but it can be contact dermatitis. Take some antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. If the symptoms persist then please get it evaluated from a dermatologist/ allergist as oral and topical steroids may be needed.
I sincerely hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you’ve any additional doubts.
