why is my face burning

my face has a burning feeling like its 1000 degrees but its not red and gets worse when i breathe out my nose. as well i have exama and dry skin but its not bad right now.

I'm not sure if this would be related to a skin condition- I'd really recommend getting to a doctor if this set in all the sudden and gets worse like that. Let us know how you are doing!
