I'm nearly 31 weeks had my gtt at 28 I'm a not a skinny woman I was very worried though might have diabetes fortunately I don't . I have been constantly tired my entire pregnancy. Plus needing a wee most of the night. I recommend any one to take the test. You could end up having a massive baby and that would be extremely hard to deliver.

I am 18 weeks with my 2nd child & have had gestational diabetes with both pregnancies & i constantly craved sugar... A few other symptoms were extreme fatigue especially after eating.. Feeling light headed & excessive thirst.. Your doctor should be testing you soon. Good luck!

I don't think so. I have craved nothing but sweets this whole pregnancy and probably give into the cravings more than I should but I passed my gestational diabetes test just fine. I wouldn't stress too much about it :)
