How high is your blood sugar?

Fasting is ideally in the 70 - 95 range (ideally in the 80s).
Maximum post eating should be < 140, but better < 120.
Prior to eating should ideally be back to fasting, but < 95.

If your sugars are higher than these recommend you talk to your Ob earlier than later.

A walk after each meal, and cutting carbs / sweets may also help with lowering blood sugar.
