NEED HELP

Hello:
I have type I diabetes and I take two different types of insulin.  Every time  I take one of my insulins I get numbness either in the spot I injected or on the same left side of my body.  I checked sugar levels but it doesn't seem like it's high does anyone else have these same problems ?  I am also experiencing very high sugar levels during certain times.  Someone please help this is hard for me....

Do you wait for the insulin to warm to room temperature that could help and also are you injecting in the fat tissue?
what type of insulin are you using?
