Hi,
I have had 2 diabetic pregnancies. Both successful.
First thing is you should have your blood sugar under excellent control before getting pregnant.
Once pregnant you will need to monitor your blood sugars very carefully and frequently, and increase or decrease your insulin as required.
You will be monitored closely by your medical team.
I also ate low carb, which helped a lot in blood sugar management.
