before i make a mistake

HELLLO, I AM FRESH OUT OF THE HOSPITAL AND THEY WANT ME TO CONTINUE MY INSULINE REGIMENT WITH LANTUS AND NOVOLOG BUT THEY DIDNT TELL ME WHICH ONE TO TAKE WHEN LIKE WITH MEALS AND BEFORE BED. I NEED HELP BEFORE I END UP BACK IN THE HOSPITAL. CAN YOU HELP ME FAST?
