Hi. The answer to this question is that maybe you can be free of symptoms.
The way to ' reverse' type 2 diabetes is
1. Adopt a very low carb / ketogenic dirty
2. Optimise body weight
3. Exercise daily
4. Maintain 1 to 3 permanently.
The above can work for some, but not all people. The above will certainly make your diabetes more manageable.
