Pretty common for diabetic men. Myself and a few of my buddies with diabetes all have spoken of if. In my case, if i shower daily and get in there good with a mild soap (i an not cut) it usually is gone in a day or so. Don't panic, even if you may have contracted herpes... Look at the stats... It's pretty common sadly. But keep your stress low.. Keep it clean and you'll be OK.

Its fungal infection.  Use candid B.  It will relieve and with some doc help take anti fungal medicine tablet consistently for a period of a month or so at a difference of one week or as advised by doc. Garlic must have helped u as it is anti fungal.

Wash the head of your penis daily in the shower using ONLY plain water, towel dry and apply a small amount of jock itch cream (I use Rexall brand) which has clotrimazole in it. Do it daily and within 2 weeks you won't have the problem anymore but you need to keep doing it or it will come back.
I promise it works.

Hi,
So sorry to hear about the issue you have been having- were you able to get it checked into by a doctor? Any rash like issues are best looked at by a doctor, it can be nerve wracking, but it's a good idea to go, if you have not been already.
