Can weight loss move a person from pre-diabetic to normal?

DSHIMUNEKJOHNSON External User
I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and began watching my diet and exercising immediately.   So far I am still considered pre-diabetic.

In some people, losing weight, exercising, and eating low carb diet may move them from prediabetic back to normal numbers.

In any case, eating well, exercise and weight loss will be very helpful in management and may prevent progression.
