Desparate for the truth

I have known I have had diabetes for about 7 years now. I lost 40 lbs since I found out.I was almost 200 lbs. I am 5'1 in height. I now weigh about 165.

I am also a smoker, a chronic alcoholic, I do not watch my weight nor do I take any meds at the moment.

I have a family history of bipolar disorder.Which I myself have been diagnosed with at least 3 times but I do not take meds for either.

I am also a chronic marijuana smoker.

what ailments can i expect in the coming years if I do not stop.

Please be honest!!!!! I need to scare myself!!!! out of this mess!!!!

Yes, death is a possibility. Before you get to death though, you may experience erectile dysfunction, gastroparesis, kidney failure, sexual and urological problems, blindness, limb amputation, and/or heart disease. That's just from uncontrolled diabetes made much worse by smoking.
The National Institute of Health has some good information on the complications of diabetes as does the American Diabetic Association.
