High Sugar Reading

For the past week I have felt pretty rough..Last week I had a spell of double vision but blew it off to tiredness..I thought I had injured my ribs last week at work, burt now am wondering is it possible to have injured my pancreas aind if so would that sent my blood sugar soaring off the charts? My vision has gone downhill, I had a thrist that couldnt be quenched, I drank at least three gallons of water daily and was up every two hours for the bathroom..My highest blood sugar was at 467 which was a fasting one..Yes I was petrified..I also was very tired and lightheaded and very much drained..What should I have done at that poiint??

Your fasting blood sugar is really high, and sugars can get really high because of pain.  I'm not sure if you know that.

Please schedule a doctor's visit.  It sounds like you're having problems besides your diabetes, that are affecting your blood sugar.

God bless, get well soon,
